Perhaps you didn't read the part where I said "why the hell did we let the Chinese have nukes" then we wouldn't be having this discussion would we?
Anyone who wants nukes should be bombed (except the goodies obviously).
They teach this stuff in pre-school mate. Did you skip that module?
