Your either drawing a long bow or clutching at straws, me thinks the latter. that post smacks of desperation.
The north may have nukes but if they were a nuke threat to the rest of us, the US could vaporize them before they even reached out for the fire button, the bamboo rocket would probably fail to launch anyway. :)
