I have been having a good hard look at this one and it does look promising.
With increasing levels of public debt; the spectre of further interest rate rises; a probable protracted property downturn; the wildcard of global economic decline etc .... and one then has the ideal climate for this stock to flourish in.
It is one of the few stocks that will do well in an economic downturn where the "overextended credit chickens" may well come home to roost.
The climate seems ripe for clh. Even if the big downturn does not eventuate it is a well managed company with a good track record ..... but I kinda think that the huge debt bubble related to both mortgage and personal debt is looking a bit ominous.
So, I reckon a few of these might prove to be a sound investment.
A $2.00+ stock ? Most assuredly if the above conditions come to pass.
I am looking to get some of these - soon.
