Interesting theory re EML acquiring BID. I don't think it's a acquisition target , more a great little company that Tom want's to have an interest after an EML trade sale, whether that's in 3 years of 6 years time. BID is like a Hanson in reverse. Hanson takes care of billing and customer care on behalf of large clients whereas BID looks after customers recieving bills and requiring analytics and procurement services.
