Considering the nature of BID's business and new acq. and where they are operating (Oz,UK and U.S ) ,Tom's appointment has the sniff of EML acquiring BID.It would fit with EML's business (although BID does compete with HSN ,for example) and HSN has shown how profitable the area can be ,it has cross-selling opportunities for EML and should be cheap enough for EML to buy it for cash. Looks like a fit to me.
