Hi Napolean1, I guess I looked at it as paying the 'Local Contractors' first keeps them in town and help keep the town of the bones of its arse, if Wilsons decides to pack up and move to Widgie for example, then what would a rate payer do when they need there car towed or serviced. Not sure of the differance between conractors knowing NGX was dodgy vs. Ratepayers voting for a dodgy councillor? Anyways, I am not dissagreeing with your views as I dont live there and I dont have to live with the thought of will the Mine re-start or wont they, Im just saying that from an outsiders view, the town visually looks pretty good, ecspecially from the previous time the Mine went into Admin and people seemed pretty confident that all will work out again.
