Google Translate is easy enough to use, once one has the link.
However, perhaps something has been lost in the translation, because the translated article tells me that: "one is therefore glad that the buyers purchase the corresponding goods from the usual dealers on the world market can therefore have nothing to do with the mining business directly."
If that bit of German has been translated correctly then the article does not seem terrific for EUR.
