I asked EUR management (EMAIL) the same question a while back and the reply was that it is not required to do so in the event of the Austrian Listing and it is not even advantageous for EUR to do so in any financing questions. I am not an expert in Aussieland finance requirements/law/country agreements and so I ask management directly on all my questions about my investment.

EUR if it so wished, could delist from the ASX at any time in the future, but there is nothing to gain from such a move. (According to the information I received from EUR investor relations, S. Kesler).

With my rather large holding of EUR (For Me) I can leave nothing to chance as I am only a good penny stock investor and cannot afford to lose my donkey on stocks by making bad decisions about ASX rules on stocks that I hold. But having said that, perhaps you could also email EUR investor relations and also get the same answer to your question. Some never EUR posters here on this board have over the last few years questioned my integrity and my judgment on a daily basis..............

Mr. S. Kesler has since departed the company and so another answer could be available but I do not think so....................
