    hi y this management has no good vision like RIO Tinto....y do not they think big an fast ... Think long ..y do not u make guys apex big company .......may u earn little from shareholders as a salary ...but if u r really good then choose another way ..think big management so ...ur shareholder gonna trust u ..an y become a history in corporate world .. Thanks
