As they have signed a letter of intent, surely they have an obligation to inform the market of the full details immediately. Any less is witholding of market sensitive material.
Why the secrets? If it was a good offer the SP would be a lot higher than it is, the 'insiders' know what's going on.
I hold and hope, but don't like our chances of getting a good outcome.
