Thanks for the welcome - I agree $.50-$.70 is conservative but it's a tough market out there right now. If they are going to sell the project, I would rather see an outright sale of the company instead of just the project. Many juniors in Canada are selling for less than the cash in the bank even with ongoing projects. I guess cash isn't what it used to be LOL.
