i would have a guess that they had imformation and asic should look into it,look at the manipulation of the share price over a period of time ,these deals are not struck overnight,a lot of underhanded dealings going on,our policeman are asleep at the wheel or are they just blind fredie ,a classic example esg at present it smells a rat and they allow it.
