Going by BOW?s last presentation, AOE are offering around 19c/GJ for BOW?s current 3P, or 8c GJ for their targeted 3P.
If we include BOW?s $94m cash holding and deduct that from the offer price, those figures become around 15.5c and 6.9c respectively. Sound correct?
Quite a bit of scope for a higher offer, one would have to think.
