So can you tell us why (providing some good technical explanations for a change) why CHM will lose on both cases.

Please dont come back with the line that you have a mate that is a lawyer as they are either involved in the case and therefore broken client confidentiality or else they have no idea what Grimaldi and Barnes got up to, have no real understanding and like you have decided that CHM will lose as that is what you wish for.

August is coming rapidly and then this thing will finally be on in ernest.
