Settlement would not be an option for either party from here because CHM needs a huge win because of the enormous number of shares on issue (anything less will be a total disaster by the time they pay off everyone who is owed a piece of the pie) and why would mmx ever settle for a huge amount when they might as well take thier chances in court.
This is going to court and someone is going to win and someone is going to loose.
Settlement would not be an option for either party from here...
