    I still abit of a novice, but didn’t I get one vote per shareholder when it came to the merger of TTS with TAH?

    So how many votes do the following get for a merger and demerger?

    Even when we look at the following groups:

    The registered holder (often a nominee or custodian);
    Isn’t it the company’s responsibility to be able to identify these secretive clients who may exceed the 5% rule and whether they authorised their proxy voting to the Custodian companies etc.

    The investment manager (usually fund managers); and
    The beneficial owner (often superannuation or pension funds).
    Same applies to these, I never waived my right to vote in another companies that the super company can votes in.

    I like to know this info before the AGM!

    Would the company’s constitution allow two extra columns, a one vote per entitiy - even as a proxy voter's - and shareholders,  for shareholders to compare the poll voting results against these extra columns.

    It would be an interesting experiment to see if the majority of shareholders agree with the poll voting results on just the remuneration results.  I’m happy to have it purely as in an advisory capacity but would hope that the Board would take the result into consideration if there is a great divergence.

    Can I request a special resolution at the AGM for the above on a 'Show of Hands'?
