Just continuing the Nomad story, it is in a good position if it has now completed its legacies and that does seem to be the case. It's market cap is 12.21m at 4.4c a share compared to its tangible assets of 5c a share. It has no debt at all, net cash of 5.8m, accumulated tax losses of 17.8m (not counted in the net tangible assets) and 17m in franking credits.
McGrath is a well known accommodation builder and it appears to have a good reputation. Pretty much all that is left in Nomad now is McGrath.
I have been in this one for a long time unfortunately but I do think it is about to turn around.
