Chairman Franklyn may not own shares but the other directors, Constable, Bottomley and McIntosh have been buying, particularly the first two. Between July and Oct 2014 they collectively bought 7.875m shares, some on-market and some off-market. That total is not far short of the 8.619m shares that Entrust Private Wealth Management Pty Ltd sold over about the same period. Indeed I wonder whether some or all of the director's purchases might even have recently been Entrust's shares, notwithstanding, that some of the director's purchases were on-market. I think that the directors buying shares is more encouraging than whether a fund retains them.
