Elmoelmo, it's not an SPP. It's stating the agreement to issue shares to the owners of Alcidion has been finalised.

It's pretty big news. There is always the big risk that you can invest in these shells / reverse take-over deals before the deal or transaction has been conpleted. If this deal fell over at this stage, the SP would fall back to cash value or below 3c.
RGX, I recall had something similar happen to their Australian Travel Group deal at the last minute.

I know quite a few people who weren't happy to risk some or any money here in NRR, myself included until the deal was finalised.
The announcement Friday should see a lot of people on the sidelines jumping on board.
Some keeping an eye on NRR might take advantage of this interim announcement and look to buy or add tomorrow.
