Welcome m0ngy. There used to be a report on their old website called the Nolans Development Report but it's no longer there. It's PFS level but it was on a previous process flowsheet, see http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20140902/pdf/42rygflw69v8jq.pdf. Aside from the change in flowsheet and the reduction in output (was 20ktpa TREO, now 14ktpa TREO) it's essentially the same project today.
They've been piloting a less costly flowsheet than the one in the report above (lower capex and opex) and will complete a DFS on it this year. Check out ARU's Corporate Presentation on their homepage for more details.
