MI. all along the CST guys have referred to T-Spot as a research test. By all accounts it is suitable to that area when cost is no option.
However from everything I have read T-Spot overall costs at least double per test compared to QFTG-IT and of course in large scale testing the ease of automation for QFTG-IT is a huge advantage compared to the highly labour intensive nature of T-Spot.
Forrest, that was a great find by doc-qt, an order for US$150K and that is only part of the Hawaiian market. Once the government there updates their TB legislation it appears that most, if not all, testing in Hawaii will be by QFTG-IT. Hawaii alone will be a very big market for CST.
This is one aspect I have been watching for in the US, that is whole of state takeup. With the big TB problem in Hawaii I guess as they are obviously serious about initiating much more efficient and accurate testing procedures.
