It looks like Hawaii Department of Health has had another $150,000 QFTG_IT purchase order approved by the Chief Procurement Officer.
The previous 150K QGTG-IT order was signed off in November 2007. This order was signed off by the CPO on 15 October 2008.

The text in the Hawaiian DOH purchase order request form this time around more or less follows the same format and content as the November 2007 purchase order request. However, among the differences in the current request is the following gem (which reinforces everything the CST Directors have been advising us shareholders regarding the impracticality of T-Spot as a commercially viable competitor to QFTG-IT in clinical settings):
"Alternate source. The following other possible sources for the good were investigated but do not meet our needs because: The T-Spot test manufactured by Oxford Immunotec has been investigated, and has been found to be too labour intensive and too difficult to use in a standardized testing approach statewide."
