imo the reason MOG isn't moving today is just due to caution. there are too many twists and turns for traders.. yesterday i was very bullish on MOG based on MEO's ann, then they say they're doing a CR this morning.. you just never know what's round the corner
i sold out this morning at 28.5c and 29c because i don't like holding speccies when they are doing cap raisings.. in saying that, it looks like a pretty good deal, especially seeing as they want to give the retail investors a fair go (18c v not less than 20c for sophisticated/institutional)....
