Shares issue at 18c or 20C

You will need to pay for these.

The cash is put into costs, development etc.

The base business assests only change by the capital improvemen t or cash assets, and yet the registered is diluted by a further 120000000 shares.

It is naive to thing that this wont put downward pressure on the share price as a stand alone event.

i.e any solid Artemis announcement will overcome this problem, but as we are today the shares will dilute.

Have a look at any stock who has done a capital raising and the share drop and then hopefully recover as the new capital improvement the company.

Look at Rio annoncement as a Top 100 where this occured

On the positive there are a number of posters who believe this is a good thing for it takes out the uncertaintly of the issue - I agree.

Lets hope Artemis gets done and we can all get som sleep
