MOG intends to issue 120000000 shares for the cap raising
The shareholder value just got diluted
The only reason it has held 28.5 is the MEO run of 10% today
An announcement like today of shares issuing at 18c and dilution of shareholder value would normally see shares dive . Have a look at MAE today
