I agree with the sentiment of earlier than expected timing of CR. One would think 0.32-0.35 would be a more ideal price to announce the CR. Correct me if I'm wrong though, this is a preliminary notice isn't it? As from here out until shares are issued, the SP can still increase regardless potentially making the CR price more attractive?
