SXX has become weaker over the last five years and has been surviving on capital raisings.

Each capital raising has been done at ever decreasing share prices as the resulting increase in shares on issue , not accompanied by an increase in assets, resulting in an ever decreasing net asset backing per share and the shares keep on falling.

The proposed new directors if elected intend to realise value for current assets , to retire stifling debt and to activley seek investment in mining exploration assets.
