    thanks for the link beachman... agree with article and your sentiments. If you're investing in AREITs now (as opposed to being a long term suffering holder) these are exciting share prices...

    ... as you say, picking winners is the key. From past c*ck up where I got the industy right and company wrong (coal) I'm evenly putting $$ into five AREITs now with 2 - 3 year time horizon...
