    I agree too - property is where the value is:

    I've gone 2 safer defensive property plays in OAK & SDG
    3 Long term REITs in MOF , CHC & MDT.

    So much choice in this sector but wise not to gamble on the one horse as there is still a bit of risk, but a hell of a lot of reward.
