Top20 Question
If you refer to the Bidder statement dated 28 Jan. Page 46 you will notice the bidder started buying on 20 Dec buy the 10 Jan they held 980K shares and on 10Jan they held 1094K.
I agree they should have been in the top 20 but I do note in the announcement dated 22 Feb they were purchasing shares 3 different names and maybe held less than 461K in each name (Cut in Qty for top 20.)
Suggest you send a request to the Company Sec.

For Info Capital raising and option expiry.
AHR had 15.1 Million $0.25 Cent options expiring on 31 March 2010. On the 7 April AHR announced 260K and on 1 April converted 25K therefore a total of 285K shares were converted out of a possible 15.1Mil.

In Dec 2009 the capital raising at $0.15 was oversubscribed.
The Dec 2010 $0.16 capital raising was oversubscribed. (Maybe the Takeover factor).

Per the AGM AHR need to raise $40Mil to get the mine operational if per the announcements they expect to be Viable at the end of the year how are they going to raise $40Mil?
