    there was a large trade at 4.10 again, just like yesterday.

    Maybe this is the buyback? If so then who is the compamy buying the shares from, as the buyer would also have to agree to sell them at the same time as they were bought?

    Obviously the price was determined by the day's trading as it was set just above the closing price.

    Could a broker be accumulating shares during the day and crossing them to the company after market at a higher price than the closing price?

    Maybe this is how the logisticsa work.

    The disappointing thing is that the share price fewll..that the after market arrangement whatever it is and the buyback did not push the price up today.


    Another suggestion is why not just liquidate the company? If the asset value is $1.50 per share as claimed and it is trading at $1 why not just suspend listing; sell the assets and ditribute to dhareholders @ $1.50 which would be a profit of about 50%
