If you believe that there are big players accumulating and capping MKO and SVL [among others], then look on the bright side and do not get frustrated. If they are buying at the current range, then it gives us a better launchpad for new highs...or they know something. Seen this on so many plays that i have lost count. It is always better to do your own due diligence and be comfortable with your risk/reward ratios.
Just my opinion, of course.
