Have indicated that Anvil share price was likely to stagnate until close to the end of the year.

However with copper stocks declining, copper price climbing, American dollar devaluing, Bill active in holding meetings with investors to explain Anvil progress and possibilities and SX-EW plant commissioning now likely early first quarter 2011 share price is surging and smart money is accumulating.
(Flats too of course!)

Some time past suggested a share price of $7 in December-January was not an unreasonable possibility and that suggestion still stands.

A share price closer to $9 early 2011 would be appreciated.

Some look at Anvil past share price of $20 and believe it could be repeated sooner rather than later but need to be aware that shares have been diluted 30% by Trafigua's involvement. The equivalent would be a share price $12 to $14. But the $20 share price was in different times - "bubberly" times perhaps.

We will miss Bill when he retires - which will be when the SX-EW plant is commissioned.
Hopefully he will maintain some involvement - would like to see him as a consultant assisting in taking on future "opportunities" and liaising with the Congo Government.

Once the cash flow pours in with commissioning of SX-EW plant potential "opportunities" to take on mines and promising territory in the Congo will be very promising.

Trafigua has taken an involvement with Anvil with the objective of turning the company into a major company in copper mining and this is very positive for the long term future of Anvil.

Could Trafigua be keen to eventually take on a majority stake in Anvil - perhaps even a take over? Makes sense. Anvil share holders should benefit by a much higher share price should such a take-over proceed as Bill and senior management have a major holding in Anvil they will ensure any take over will be fair value.

That may be too speculative and too far away.

The moment for holders now will be the commencement of commissioning the SX-EW plant.
If on time, on budget and without serious problems in operation all will be good!
