Yes Radioactivewhale, I was going to point out the same about the hight volume breakout of BUY. They are partners of KEY in Tanzania.

BUY has a major project with MMR, (expecting tender results) but MMR is not showing activity for days.

In my observation, unlike KEY with no leakage of news, BUY was rising prior to all positive announcements in Tanzania.

This is just an observation, and may not be the case this time, as it could be something entirely unrelated.
