The proxy form I got and sent back, covered two resolutions 1. Morton's shares and his clearance for his involvement in the merger and 2. Issue of 5M shares to Langusch. This voting form did not cover the actual merger, event though 1. above was a prerequisite for it.
So they all may be right.
