i think the ex director has resigned after written off, and the director of fire pole company step up. they spend around 4.5milion on the plant in geelong and 11milion for the product, thats a 15.5million investment since 2011, which is not likely to be profitable in 5 years even they have around 8 millions sales a years because we dont know the product cost, labor cost.
also according to their website they should have 21 workers in the geelong factory. so the overhead is big, i would assume at least 10 years for this kind of company to be profitable in my view.
