I am a top 20 holder and I have not exercised one Oppie as I made it clear on here and directly to the company on a PM, what trading conditions had to be evidenced in August to make my decesion to exercise my allocation.
Those trading conditions I set , were not met, as such I have not exercised. End of.

I am also well in the mindset that there have been external forces in play here to ensure a large majority of oppies were not exercised. One can only hope for a better purpose.
For me I am now strongly swaying that when we announce key news on either BH or Cuba , the company is going to pitch this as a dual list trigger...they will want SP as high as possible and the already large register not swelled by a further 100 odd million of option shares..

My take only...

Hi Spit,Makes sense not to pay more for opps when on market gives a cheaper option. I think that is what they call a no-brainer.
Do you know whether CDM has topped up or sold down any shares ?
