maybe you could suggest a cancelation form on the website and somebody to reply to emails
also an option on the phone, you do realise it takes 30 seconds to get to somebody that will help you buy something.
But if you select ask a question on the phone( the sales lady transferred me there anyway when I tried to fool the system) it was disconnected twice as the wait was so long, another time took 50 minutes and then nothing happened and when I finally got thru it took 45 minutes.
