OOO is a disaster in in early 2015 west texas was US$46 and OOO was $25 stock.

West texas is still around US$46, but OOO is now $15.

please explain. OOO hasent even close in tracking ANY oil price.

The only ones making money from OOO are the managers who get their MER%
