If you think we should hold the management to account,
If you think they have treated us with contempt,
If you think they have not produced tangible results or progress after so many years of being paid salaries and options,
If you think they are not competent enough,
If you think they have not acted responsibly enough,
If you think we deserve to get better for our money,
etc etc etc
Then this is your chance to send a message to the GPP management by voting No, No and No to STOP the resolutions to issue them options.
Please consider this REGARDLESS OF WHICH SIDE OF THE DIVIDE YOU ARE ON w.r.t. what you think of the projects' potentials, as I for one, do myself believe in the projects as I have always said but they need to be better managed.
Giving away options and once they are excercised, it results in dilution and we holders lose if not enough value is added by those we give options to.
