Firstly I would like as Cbrad has stated, an active project. Regardless of oil price we would have to see oil before I take that into full account.
It's all about the project.
Prices go up and down, if we get a project I'm sure it'll take longer than a year or two therefore this current oil price is irrelevant IMO.
That's the way I'm looking at it.
