1) Check closely as to how many shares each of the directors hold....particularly Neil.

2) Check cost of JKA as a shell.

3) Consider Puravida's timely strategic investment....and it's size.

4) Digest Jacka and Puravida's agreement to place Bevan Tarrant on to JKA's board.

5) Re-read Jacka's formal Company announcement to the ASX on Sep 20 regarding the ongoing negotiations of a material oil and gas transaction.

6) Remind yourself of the legendary [and industry expert] Hotcopper poster Tui, who once said "extraordinary patience is required when investing in the oil and gas sector".

7) Feel the general improving sentiment towards the broader speculative end of the market.

8) Appreciate Max's experience and understand that he will almost certainly have one backup plan...perhaps 2.

9) And lastly, Neil, Max and Bevan aren't the only ones who stand to become instant millionaires if they can pull off the big one here. Sizeable other 'wallets' will also be providing significant pressure....um..."encouragement".

So....how confident am I?

Well, put it this way. I'm already looking around for my $15,000 champagne dial, Datejust Rolex watch.

I don't see why Max should be the only one of us who currently wears one.
