From the 18/5/18 response to ASX letter AKP stated that as of 18/5/18 they had not yet received the wafers. They also said they had expected to receive them in the 3rd week of May (14-20/5), and would advise the market as soon as they had evaluated them.
Clearly the delivery was late.
Clearly also, they have not yet managed to evaluate them.
I read this as a delay, pure and simple, and while this is an irritation to my patience, it is hardly evidence that the whole thing is a scam, as some seem to want us to think.
