Assuming that the next batch of wafers were delivered in the in the third week of May (or soon thereafter) then no news should be good news. My rationale tells me that the first thing that they would do after receiving them would be to inspect them to ensure that the defects found in the last lot were no longer there. If they were then there would be no need to test further as the testing results would be the same and so they could release an ASX announcement. Using this logic I am optimistic that they have least advanced a further step along the way. Hopefully they have nailed it and are busy producing specs
