Personally the SP only indicates downside news coming but we're talking low volume. The bod and major SH's it seems will have even greater control through options if SH's walk from this offer. Anyways, I think rni has a very long way to go, my personal opinion is that the new bod and major SH's aren't in any hurry to find a discovery.
