Yes shady. The bod knows what's going on and they've underwritten loyalty options. You could look ar that either way. It's very balanced and frankly we're not talking sheep stations for the cost of total options. 124k if I recall.
Personally the SP only indicates downside news coming but we're talking low volume. The bod and major SH's it seems will have even greater control through options if SH's walk from this offer. Anyways, I think rni has a very long way to go, my personal opinion is that the new bod and major SH's aren't in any hurry to find a discovery. I hope we don't end up with aur using their companies for services though. Aimho.
