The duty of 'continuous disclosure' demands that material or price-sensitive news be released without delay.

The BoD would have had a dilemma about that if any such news had become available while the placement remained unfinished, but clearly there was no such news then, and none since either.

I went to the Gold Coast Resource Rising Stars Presentations yesterday and learnt a fair bit about the Bryah and Yerrida basins. I'll post about that later when I have more time.
