Just a bit of history here - just prior to the times we believe the CE Mark was to be issued there was a lot of confidence to suggest they would get it/it was a done a dusted proposition. They even had a letter stating it was effectively in the bag from BSI, they just needed to wait for the certificate to be issued. All the marketing and distribution issues are stitched up and have been for a long time through Quintiles.

That said remember what happened last time - someone put their hand up and questioned the classification - I think that announcement floored us.
