The investigation thankfully seems to have exonerated Zee Upton and as such Tissue Therapies. However one has to ask if Upton was not adequately overseeing the research, how come Upton and Tissue Therapies were able to proudly boast its success and implications including a tie-up with Invitrogen to manage the sale of this new wonder media. This surely does not happen after casual inadequate surveillance due to a heavy work load.
