Bluey if they get the green light and the oil is a proven reserve, they will get a partner to joint venture without a doubt.
If they continue showing no sign of progress as in the past ten years they will not.
Simple equation get the contract signed ...start the drilling and get us moving.
For all long term holders I hope we can move forward I can never understand with all their so called expertise they cannot sort out a solution.
